I am Attorney Michael Hawkins, of Michael L. Hawkins & Associates P.L.L.C., in Frankfort, KY. In other cases involving divorce, family law, and criminal matters, we have monthly payment arrangements after the initial retainer is exhausted, and we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and all other major credit cards. Court costs and case expenses are the responsibility of the client.
