ADOPTION: If you are considering a private adoption or if you have recently been blessed by a foreign adoption, let us handle the re-adoption to prevent any problems associated with traveling with your child, the expiring of their IR3 Visa, or the fear that the foreign adoption may later be challenged or not recognized at home or abroad. It is very important that you have the foreign adoption judgment registered in Kentucky or have a re-adoption of the child. Remember, the home study you have already paid for can only be used for the re-adoption for one year. We can take away all of the guess work and have the adoption process finalized.
